  1. Idea

    You explain the problem. A call, a doc, a napkin sketch - whatever you have.

  2. Scope

    I write down what gets built, what doesn't, a timeline and a fixed price.

  3. Design

    Wireframes and screens for the core flows. You sign off before code.

  4. Build

    Frontend, backend, database. Weekly demo on a live staging link.

  5. Launch

    Deploy, domain, monitoring, handover docs. Then support if you want it.

Bartech Labs is a one-person studio. I take a rough idea, turn it into a clear scope, then design, build and ship it. You talk to the person writing the code.
